1-2-1 Training

Our team of experienced coaches will work with you to personalise your training and help achieve your goals

  • Weight - Have a target in mind? whether its losing, gaining or maintaining a healthy weight, work with your coach to develop a routine that will allow you to track, review and progress towards your ideal weight. 

  • Boxing - Great if you are new to boxing and want to improve quickly and also good for more experienced boxers, who want to sharpen their skills.

  • Personal training - Improving strength and fitness through body-weight exercises, free weights and machines.
