Service Description

Our sparring classes are a great way to test your technique in a real boxing setting. Sessions are overseen by experienced coaches to ensure a safe environment to develop. 16oz gloves will be provided along with headgear. Please bring your own gumshield.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up. Cancel at least 6 hours before the start time, or reschedule at lest 1 hour before your start time to avoid losing your session. Late cancellations/reschedules are not eligible for a credit or refund.
